Currently a partner of Robles & Robles, has been working at the firm since 1995. He graduated in Law and Political Science at the Universidad Católica Santa Maria la Antigua, Republic of Panama in 2002 and completed his studies with a Master Degree on “Legal Aspects of Maritime Business” at Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom, in 2003. Is currently a member of the National Bar Association of Panama and the Maritime Law Association of Panama.
